Management Fees are based on a percentage of the nightly room rates. Cleaning fees are not included in this pricing as they are paid directly to the cleaner and billed separately. Example: Guest books two nights @ $200 per night plus a $55 cleaning fee. With the Partner Package, you will be charged 20% of $400 plus $55 for a total of $135. We manage vacation rentals and extended stays.
